- Located in Findlay, OH - 45 minutes to Toledo, OH_x000D_
- Seeking a NP for outpatient Hospice & Palliative Care_x000D_
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care needs in accordance with palliative care mission_x000D_
- First shift, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, 5-6 patients/day_x000D_
- No weekends, holidays or call_x000D_
- Join full support staff_x000D_
- Hospitalist group admits all patients_x000D_
