    1. Type: Locum – Possible locum to perm
    2. Position: APP
    3. Role: Clinic + On call
    4. Annual volume: 2.5 daily ER, 2.5 Inpatient daily, 10-20 per provider in clinic
    5. Any second coverage: No
    6. Shift options: 8-5 with on call at the same time for 24 hrs
    7. EMR: Epic
    8. Trauma level: 5
  1. Candidate Requirements:
    1. State License(s) accepted: ND
    2. Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: None
    3. What boards are accepted? ( EM, IM, FP) note if site accepts specialty board (ABPS) or not? All ND
    4. Life Certifications needed: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
    5. Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe: 1-2 years ER experience
