We are seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for the Chicago area.
Must have at least one year of experience as an FNP
They are a federally qualified health facility with multiple locations throughout Chicago and suburbs.
The agency provides a range of social services including child welfare, youth services, community behavioral health and supportive services.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 5-8 hr shifts of 10-4 hr shifts with only one 1/2 day a month
Call is 1:7 very light by phone only
Compensation with quarterly bonuses
Full benefit package including Student Loan Repayment
