**CRNA opening in St. Louis, MO**_x000D_ _x000D_ Seeking CRNA to join our team due to expansion. _x000D_ _x000D_ * Full-time_x000D_ * Competitive Compensation & Benefits_x000D_ * EPIC EMR_x000D_ * Private practice surgeon hospital _x000D_ * Join 14 MDs, 30 CRNAs, and robust anesthesia technician group_x000D_ * 18 ORs currently, and run on average 13-16_x000D_ * Average patients/cases per day - OR 40-60 and GI lab 30-50 cases_x000D_ * Pyxis medstations for all drugs and anesthesia carts for all supplies_x000D_ * Elective GI cases Saturday mornings that are fully optional for all CRNA pool as extra source of income. Average case load is 2-8 cases (standard colonoscopies and EGDs) with an end time of noon. Call team assume other GI cases if emergent. _x000D_ * Pride ourselves on our work environment including our ability to be a perfect pair of hands whenever support is needed or requested._x000D_ _x000D_ **Schedule - Call or Non-call:**_x000D_ Call_x000D_ _x000D_ * Work one 24 hour call every 7 to 8 days and 1 weekend per 5 weeks (usually a Friday 1st, Sunday 2nd or Friday 2nd, Saturday 1st)_x000D_ * Weekends required in addition to standard weekday call_x000D_ * Call is OR only (not OB) and home call/beeper call (cell phone)_x000D_ * 24 hour call with normal workday as part of that 24 hours. _x000D_ * Pre-call days are treated as first out - usually between 10a.m.-1p.m. _x000D_ * Focus on getting pre-call CRNAs out as soon as we are able_x000D_ * Post call days are always off (post 1st and post 2nd call both)_x000D_ * Call back rate after midnight over the past 3 years has been about 29% and past 10 years about 26%_x000D_ * Most cases are appy/chole type, but we do have some ex-lap/vascular cases_x000D_ * Option to work post 2nd call if preferred for extra compensation_x000D_ * CRNAs average 40-50 hour week on average (much depending on how the 24 hour call goes)_x000D_ _x000D_ Non-Call_x000D_ _x000D_ * Assist daily as a non-call to help facilitate daily cases_x000D_ * Schedule: 3 or 4 by 12 hour shifts (more if desired) or 4 by 10 hour shifts (more if desired)_x000D_ * Hours averaged for non-call are between 40-50 per week_x000D_ * First CRNAs relieved in the day are pre-call CRNAs to prioritize an early day prior to their call the next day_x000D_ _x000D_ _x000D_
