Height May Be a Risk Factor for Prostate Cancer

Taller men and those with longer leg-to-trunk height ratios may be at slightly increased risk for prostate cancer overall, and for high-grade cancer in particular, suggest results of a case-control study and meta-analysis. But the finding, while interesting, does not suggest a need for changes in screening or treatment, and should not be of concern to basketball players or other tall men. Medscape Medical News
