Response to Cetuximab Predicted by KRAS Mutation in Colorectal Cancer

Treatment with cetuximab is associated with increased median overall and progression-free survival among colorectal cancer patients with wild-type KRAS tumors. However, a significant survival benefit from cetuximab was not observed among patients with tumors that had KRAS mutations. Medscape Medical News
