• Type of Clinic (MSG, SSG, Solo, CH): Hospital

• Schedule: 24-Hour Call from 7:00 AM on 12/30/13 - 6:59 PM on 1/6/14

• Patient Ages: Adult

• IP/OP: Inpatient Call

• Call: 24-hour Call Coverage. Physician must be within 30 minutes of the hospital should they be called in and within 15 minutes of returning calls. Support Staff: Yes

• Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc.): 24-Hour Urology Call on unassigned ED patients. Call will mainly involve emergent basic Urology Procedures and Consults. Occasional OR procedures are possible.

• BC/BE Requirement: Board Certified / Board Eligible
