- Any unrestricted active state license
- Clinic, Consultations, and Surgery
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p with oncall responsibilities
- NPI, BLS, and ACLS required
- Computer Literate
- Long-term availability preferred
