Lock tight FINANCIAL SECURITY
Employed by 40+ HOSPITAL EMPLOYED primary care multi-specialty system with only 35% overhead, 27 day accounts receivables. Very efficient, well managed.
Three year (plus extension option) hospital employment agreement with an annual base salary along with a very high collections based productivity model.

Urologist Office located in the Hospital.
HOSPITAL:
372 License Bed Facility, Sole provider hospital in area, 100+ physicians on staff, 8 year young exquisitely appointed Hospital facility. BRAND NEW DaVInci robot.
COMMUNITY:
Schools- 2 6A Public Schools and 2 Private Schools. 2 to 4 National Merit Finalists each year. Highest per capita PHD population in the US! 110,000 Patient Population Less then 1 hr Interstate drive to State capital, Medical School and international Airport.
2 Local colleges Economy generates Over One million visitors annually to enjoy local festivities.

COMPENSATION
Compensation - Physician annual Base Salary (not a loan) plus productivity bonuses which is a collections based model where Urologist will receive a very high % of collections generated by the specific practice The starting salary offer is scalable on experience. Additionally ,benefits are provided: Malpractice is paid in full, group health insurance plan, , dental and vision care plans, CME allowance of $3,500 along with 5 days to complete CME, Paid time off (PTO), Long term disability, Life Insurance, 401K plan with matching, advertising new physician et al.
Additionally: Relocation- Reimbursed. COMMENCEMENT BONUS -up to$25,000, Student Loan Forgiveness-$50K is the standard amount provided. State & Federal Loan forgiveness is provided as well.
