No Visa's. BC/BE Urologist needed to be a member of a hospital employed, provider based practice .
Urologist will join a very seasoned provider of 15 years experience, BC, and, at least 1-2 others.
They use PAs in this practice; the capacity now is 150 patients per week and they have a demand of 180 paitients per week so they are always slipping behind.
Robot is scheduled to be installed in early 2013.
Ideal candidate should be team player, 10 years or less from end of training, willing to see adult general bread and butter urology; they have almost no trauma or peds, a ton of stone cases (they also have on sight full time lithotripsy in the OR), and, someone with high laproscopic skills or robot skills would be helpful. Seeds are done by the Rad Onc in their on site comprehensive ACOS accredited cancer center.
Salaried at 500K with "upside" incentives; those are: if cash collections from all professional charges minus all direct and indirect expenses is positive, the physician gets 95% of that number up to 150K in an annual period as a bonus; they calculate them quarterly and pay them when/if they occur. As provider based, hospital employed, they can have NO ancillary revenue.
Full benefits and 7 paid holidays, 2 personal days annually in addition to 3 weeks (15 days) of paid leave for both CME and vacation. All docs get their DEA, licenses reimbursed, and, receive a speciality specific dues/CME fund; usually 3-5K annually would be a good range.
