Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible working toward Board Certification
• MD or DO candidates considered
• International Medical Graduates will be considered
• We sponsor J-1 Waiver candidates
• Bread and Butter Urology procedures – no robotics available

Practice Structure:
• Income guarantee or employment contract
• Solo opportunity for either contract
• Single specialty – 10 nights of call/month. The 10 nights must cover one weekend.
• Urology equipment
• Physician would be solo provider for area.
• Our market need is 1.5. We currently have a .5 physician who also practices at tertiary facility 1 hour away.
Financial Package:
• Salary 410-435K
• Sign on bonus- 80K; Relocation 20K; Marketing 5K; CME 5K; Student Loans available and stipends; immigration assistance Practice Management 15K if income guarantee.
• If Employed- Occurrence based malpractice; Vacation 25 days; 5 CME days; Health insurance; 401K; disability, etc…
• Opportunity to bonus with both employment and Income Guarantee
Additional Information:
• Our community needs a full time Urologist. Our current part-time Urologist is nearing retirement.
• The physicians in the community will welcome an incoming Urologist. However, the current Urologist will not.
• Hospital payer mix- Medicare 42%; Other/Commercial 20%; Medicaid 17%; Managed Medicaid 7%; Managed Medicare 7%; 5% Self Pay
• 1973 sq. ft office space available on campus of Hospital
• 20 Primary care physicians in primary service area
• Primary Service Area 39, 526; Secondary Service area 58, 661 Tertiary Service area 60000+
