Specialty needed: Board Certified Family Practice, General Practice, or Urgent Care Physician
Location: San Antonio, TX
Practice setting: Outpatient corporate health and wellness clinic
Dates or start date: Ongoing per diem shifts available now
Shift times: 8 hour shifts
Patients per day: Our facility accommodate a daily average of 20-25 patients
Ages seen: 2+ yrs
EMR: YES, proprietary software, customized, highly functioning, physician friendly EMR, will train, EMR computer documentation skills preferred, paper charting may be available if assignment is less than 3 days.
Support staff: Yes: Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistants, other physicians
Procedures: No major in-office procedures
DEA required: YES
Additional information: This is an ongoing need. We are seeking a provider interested in filling in for future PRN/Per Diem shifts. Has potential to be full time for the right provider!
