Specialty needed: Family Medicine Physician
Qualifications: Physician must be either Board Eligible or Board Certified within 5 years of completing Residency.
Location: Dublin, OH
Practice setting: Employee Health and Wellness clinic
Dates or start date: Per diem shifts available beginning 10/2 ongoing throughout the month of October
Shift times: 7:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
Patients per day: 15
Ages seen: Ages 2 years old and up
EMR: Yes, site will provide training
Support staff: Yes - organized and very friendly staff to work with!
