Urgent Care Physician - (Urgent Care) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 11/04/2014Available Shifts: Block Shift - Day
Locum tenens Urgent Care opportunity in North West Wisconsin. Opportunity will begin in November and extend for a six month minimum. There are several shift times available to include days, nights and weekends. Give us a call for more information.
Urgent Care(locum tenens) is a division of medicine devoted to providing immediate care to patients suffering from acute illness. An urgent care physician must possess a broad fund of knowledge, as they deal with a wide range of cases ranging from complex and exotic to routine on a daily basis. Generally speaking, patients visit urgent care centers when they are unable to see their primary care physician. Urgent care medicine has a lot in common with family and emergency medicines as it is usually a patient's first point of contact for a medical concern.

This west-central Wisconsin city lies on the banks of the Chippewa and Eau Claire Rivers, providing plenty of lush green scenery and hiking trails. Discover the sprawling Phoenix Park where you will find weekly farmer’s markets and rockin’ outdoor concerts. The city is also home to great cross-country ski trails when the weather gets colder.
