URGENT CARE LOCUM TENENS
Location: Central Point, Oregon
Duration: NOW – December 15, 2014 (5-month assignment)
Family Medicine Walk in Clinic short a provider. ASAP need.
Must have OR license
Can be Board Eligible, but need to provide physician's situation at submission.
Must have DEA BLS.
Clinic hours are M-F 8a-8p and Sat 8-5.
Typically 12H shifts but can 8 or 10 depending on need.
Typically work 2 providers at a time.
4 other providers and 4 mid-levels on staff.
Average patient load is 25-30 patients per day.
Mainly urgent care walk in needs for this clinic.
Must have EPIC or other EMR exp noted on file.
