Access MD Urgent Care in Dayton, Ohio is in search of full and or part time physicians and mid-level providers. We seek an exceptional clinician with superior diagnostic and procedural skills, plus an appreciation of teamwork and professionalism. Providers with pediatric background or those comfortable in treating pediatric patients are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities Include
· Examine, diagnose and treat patients of all ages for acute injuries, infections, and illnesses.
· Documents, collects, records and maintains accurate patient information.
· Formulates diagnostic and treatment plans.
· Prescribes and administers medications, therapies, suturing and splinting.
· Orders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provides advice on follow up.
· Completes all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner within the electronic medical record.
· Supervising assigned midlevel providers and nurses, will be responsible for reviewing quality of care and signing off on midlevel provider's and nurse's patient charts.
· Work with the marketing team to promote the clinic.
Qualifications:
· Active and unrestricted applicable Ohio state medical license
· Current DEA certificate required
· ACLS and PALS desirable
· Takes Initiative, creative, has problem solving ability, is adaptable, and flexible.
· Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
· Ability to consistently present a friendly, welcoming and professional public-facing appearance
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
