Urgent Care Locums: Family Practice physician in an Urgent Care clinic near Chicago, Illinois
Advantage Locums is currently looking for a physician to offer locums coverage for our client to provide medical services for an Urgent Care outpatient family practice clinic. The clinic is located about an hour out an our outside of Chicago , IL. The client is in need of a physician to start in April to provide coverage 3 days per week. This is an outpatient clinic where the locums contractor must be comfortable treating patients of all ages in an urgent care setting. The clinic is located in Rockford, IL
• General Office hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
• Physicians must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Meds/Peds and able to treat patients of all ages.
• No call, outpatient only
• Extended office Hours: Mondays 8a-7p; third Saturday of the month 8a-12p
• Services offered at the office site: Anticoagulation Clinic, EKG, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Interpreters Available, labs, Pediatrics, X-ray
Along with a competitive hourly rate, Advantage Locums will travel and lodging while on assignment. Mal practice will also be included.
