JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading the consumer marketing efforts for their assigned medical centers in the accomplishment of center goals and achievement of center visit counts including the development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan that includes; local activities, (e.g. grassroots initiatives) and events. As requested by the corporate marketing team, support corporate advertising, media placement, and public relations initiatives. Accountable for growing Urgent Care visits.

Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal and external) first and displaying:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Urgent Care visits
  • Analyze consumer market research related to property initiatives. Coordinate research activity for the centers (customer studies, trade area demographics, customized research initiatives) and effectively utilize research information in the development and execution of centers' marketing plans.
  • Develop and implement market cross-promotional initiatives and partnerships with industry partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key community leaders and organizations including but not limited to the Citys leadership team, key civic leaders in areas of the city in which Concentra medical centers are located, and non-profit community organizations with mission statements that naturally align or compliment Concentras mission statement.
  • Enhance the patient experience through Concentras POS materials, center image, and signage.
  • Implement detailed patient loyalty programs that support Urgent Care visits.
  • Manage the day-to-day tactics of implementing the grassroots programs--on time, on budget, and within the strategic objectives.
  • Provide accurate and consistent communication of programs to key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Oversee local public relations in conjunction with the corporate public relations group.

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE

  • Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or marketing related field preferred; minimum of two (2) to five (5)years in retail or consumer marketing, communications, or events management.
  • Interpersonal skills: Persuasion and conflict resolution skills required; strong team player; a positive attitude, creative disposition, and be able to organize and multitask.
  • Communications skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills , with an ability to communicate with and make presentations to: consumer groups, clients, event and sponsorship prospects
