This role is a long term temporary contract.

The overall role for the Systems Learning Consultant (SLC) is to ensure the effective training and support for Concentra Systems. The SLC will be responsible for coordinating and deploying new Systems training to business units. Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service by educating all users to use the System to assist patients, clients, customers and internal users in order to better serve and answer inquires, by putting all customers (internal and external) first and displaying:

Job Responsibilities and Major Duties
:

  • Deliver Systems training content across a variety of groups and businesses.
  • Training content and QRG development, including presentation design, graphic and multi-media design. Ability to effectively integrate complex data into presentation form. Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, Word required
  • Customize & deploy training as it relates to meeting the technical requirements for Concentras business
  • Data analysis and reporting capability, including ability to interpret data, and design reports for training completion
  • Maintain and collect data to track and measure ROI metrics for training initiatives
  • Facilitate distance learning sessions, including WebEx or other distance learning applications
