JOB SUMMARY:

Is responsible for the successful implementation and on-going management of the Enterprise Quality Improvement Program.

Ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service to all customers (internal and external) first by displaying:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executes the day-to-day activities of the QI Department
  • Supports the QI Medical Director with the coordination, managementand evaluation of QI activities.
  • Under the direction of the QI Medical Director, collaborates withother Concentra colleagues to design, develop and write the QI ProgramDescription, Annual Work Plan, and Annual QI Program Evaluation.
  • Takes a lead role in implementing the strategy for clinical,service and operations with respect to quality optimization.
  • Takes a lead role in coordinating the report writing of documentsfor the QI Committee by the departments providing the reports.
  • Assists with any accreditation strategy Concentra may develop.
  • Contributes as an internal consultant to development andimplementation of QI activities.
  • Serves as a linkage for QI activities amongst product lines, product development and operations.
  • Collaborates closely with the Data Analytics department and interfacing colleagues and departments to ensure QI activities arestatistically sound.
  • Collaborates closely with the QI Medical Director, leadership teamand clinical and operations managers to establish QI standards and measures.
  • Collaborates to design and implement effective approaches andactions to improve quality of care and service, and ensure compliance withConcentra strategy, regulatory and future possible accreditation efforts.
