Urgent Care Physician - (Urgent Care) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 Hour/Day
Urgent Care Clinic in WI is seeking Urgent Care physician help. They are open to any help a provider can give, full or part time. The clinic is open 8a-12p on weekends and 7:30a-7:30p weekdays.
Urgent Care(locum tenens) is a division of medicine devoted to providing immediate care to patients suffering from acute illness. An urgent care physician must possess a broad fund of knowledge, as they deal with a wide range of cases ranging from complex and exotic to routine on a daily basis. Generally speaking, patients visit urgent care centers when they are unable to see their primary care physician. Urgent care medicine has a lot in common with family and emergency medicines as it is usually a patient's first point of contact for a medical concern.
Required Qualifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Med Peds, or Internal Medicine comfortable seeing patients under 12 years old.
