Accepting H1 visas. California licensure; Urgent Care physician needed. BC/BE in Family Practice or Internal Medicine; 1-2 years experience preferred; Excellent clinical skills needed; see all age groups; Medicare, Tricare, private insurance, Medi-Cal; outpatient visits; 2-year agreement, up to $5,000 moving bonus; Salary $180,000 plus benefits, $5,000 bonus on start date; Must be available to work 15 -16 shifts per month. Work 12 hour shifts: 3 days on and 4 days off, and then 4 days on and 3 days off. There is an average of three providers scheduled per shift. There will be days that you are the only physician working a shift with two PA's and/or NP's. Location: - 40 minutes from Sacramento, CA - Many Shopping, dining and entertainment options - Lakes, rivers and mountains for recreation - Population around 100K
