Opportunities:
We have two positions available. Both are full time positions working 139 hours/month or approximately 15-17 shifts. Clinics operate 7 days a week with a one provider per shift staffing model. Digital x-ray, lab and EMR are used at all locations.
Compensation:
Practice is offering a flat hourly rate plus RVU bonus potential and full benefits. Benefits include: PTO, CME allowance, health-dental-vision-life insurance, 401k (with employer match) and paid malpractice. Rate is negotiable, let us know what you need and we’ll negotiate it for you. Not to forget, you’ll live and work in Phoenix!
Requirements:
Local candidates AZ licensed are preferred. However, all interested physicians are encouraged to apply. You will need to be BE/BC with a background or interest in Urgent Care. We do need a physician who is Bilingual/Spanish at one location.
