Serve as the Director of Clinical Services for our companies business ventures in the state of Maine. Job duties are very simplistic. Attend one meeting annually (a few hours) to assist the Administrator in the annual and ongoing review of the office's operations.
This Board establishes and reviews policies and procedures as well as oversee regulatory compliance and evaluate the office's success in the meeting community needs for home health services. The Board will also look at the provision of adequate and appropriate care to each patient and examine progress toward operation goals.
