Opportunity for a General Surgery Physician to join our Acute Care Surgeon team part-time at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern, North Carolina. Part-time entails five 24-hour shifts per month. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual who demonstrates clinical excellence with strong communication skills along with high patient satisfaction scores. Other requirements include an awareness of patient affordability issues and an attitude that places the patient above all other considerations. Must provide quality care and be comfortable with a broad range of general surgical procedures. Credentials include board certification in General Surgery, an active North Carolina license to practice, and a track record in the full scope of General Surgery.
