Thoracic Surgeon - (Surgery - Cardiothoracic) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24 Hour On-Call
Client in Florida seeking CTS and/or vascular 24 hour call coverage.
Specializing in surgical procedures that target the heart and the blood vessels of the chest, cardiothoracic surgeons(locum tenens) have one of the most demanding and exacting jobs in medicine. Surgeries performed by these surgeons include insertion of a pacemaker, the bypassing of blocked coronary arteries and treatment of aortic aneurysm. Cardiothoracic surgeons also frequently oversee the administration of anesthesia during open heart surgery.

Known as “Tree City, USA†this Northern Florida university town is situated halfway between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.
