Be hopital employed or work as an independent contractor if you want to be on your own. We do have a local group of three doctors who would be interested in having this new surgeon join the group but they do not have any particulars yet as they are working thru a new legal structure to put it together. We do offer full benefits if a hospital employee. We can provide student loan payback assistant to some level. We do offer relocation assistance and a signing bonus/malpractice tail coverage help depending upon the surgeon's specific needs. Board certification required or passing the Boards as soon as possible upon completion of training.
