General Surgeon wanted for Historic Gold Country City. This famous Boomtown offers a wonderful family environment, with a historic “Gold Rush” era Downtown that offers quaint shops fine dining and a classic live theater, Year round outdoor activities and great weather, local Ski resorts, Golf Courses and water Sports, Highly rated High School and less than an hour to major Metros.
Bread and Butter General Surgeon for Hospitals Surgical department, employment models can be Hospital based Health network or opt for Independent Contractor, Fellowships in Thoracic Minimally Invasive or foregut Surgery are a plus, department has Breast Surgeon and Colorectal Surgeons, schedule is one week in hospital, on week clinic (Mon-Fri) and week off. No Trauma Call, 90% of surgeries are elective or scheduled, Faculty has 6 surgical suites plus an off campus Surgical Center, must have at least one year experience and BE/BC
Salary starts at $337K with a $30K signing Bonus, Network covers all Admin, Billing and business aspects to include On Campus office and staff, Benefits include Malpractice Coverage, Medical, Vision and Dental for you and family), Disability Insurance, 403b Professional Licenses and fees, $2K CME stipend and incorporation Stipend
