Calling all Tennessee General Surgeons
Advantage Locums in need of a general surgeon to provide 24 hour locum call coverage, 7days per week. The hospital is located approximately 25 miles outside of Knoxsville, TN.
• Board Certified, Board Eligible(within 5 yrs of residency) General Surgery
• Active TN License
• Anticipated dates needed: 8/25/2014-1/31/2015
• Call response time required 30 min
• # of encounters per shift: 5
• Reason for coverage: vacancy
• Locums call is for: both
• For call: Average # of phone consults: 5
• For call: average # patients seen: 3
• For call: average # of admissions: 1
Along with a competitive daily rate and increased hourly rate if called in, Advantage Locums will provide travel and lodging while on assignment. Mal practice insurance will be also provided while on assignment.
