MedCare Staffing is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon for a long-term locums position near Springfield, Massachusetts. Coverage will begin November 2nd, 2014 and end June 28th, 2015.
Position is 24 hour call every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Provider will have an average of 4 phone consults, 3 patients, and 1 admission per call. Position is 75% hands-on.
Requirements: Provider must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery. Must have a MA state license and a DEA. ACLS certification is also needed.
