General Surgeon Sought! We are seeking an experienced General Surgeon to join our team.
We presently have five surgeons and are looking to add a sixth; therefore, surgical call will be 1 in 6. Three of those surgeons help oversee our Bariatric Center of Excellence, one surgeon focuses on breast surgery and the fifth surgeon just completed an oncology fellowship. We are in need of an experienced general surgeon to handle bread and butter cases as well as more complex cases. We have eleven operating rooms on the main surgical floor and six operating rooms in our outpatient surgery center, which is attached to the hospital. We have state of the art equipment, including the DaVinci Robot. We offer a generous compensation package with a first year salary of $350,000 plus 100% of collections minus your overhead expenses. Additional recruitment incentives, such as a sign on bonus, student loan repayment and moving expenses are negotiable.
