Seeking a General Surgeon in western Louisiana. Physician would be providing services to the Army Community. Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery. Current, active, valid, unrestricted state license to practice medicine in one of the 50 states in the United States, or the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands as required to obtain or renew a DEA registration number under the then effective DEA rules. License must correspond to DEA registration number. Minimum of one year of experience within the last three years routinely practicing as a Physician rendering General Surgery care.
