OB/GYN Physician Sought! We are seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join the hospital’s active medical staff. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of practicing experience and DaVinci robot training. This physician will also be responsible for supervision of one mid-wife. Anticipated call coverage is 1:3; shared with 2 other physicians on active staff. Office space is currently available in an existing local professional building approximately 2 miles from the hospital campus. There are 6 labor/delivery rooms and an additional post-partum women’s unit. The hospital also has 4 OR’s with all anesthesia provided by anesthesiologists. Labor and delivery staff attend all C-sections and OR staff are trained for GYN surgery and DaVinci cases- a DaVinci robot is also available for GYN surgery. We have approximately 500 deliveries per year.
