Job Description:
VISTA Physician Search and Consulting has a busy medical center seeking to add a General Surgeon to build a Bariatric Surgery program. Candidates must be BC/BE in General Surgery with training and/or experience in Bariatric Surgery. Benefits of this permanent position include:

• Exceptional compensation; guaranteed first-year salary of $440,000
• Sign-on bonus, relocation, $50,000 educational loan repayment plus monthly educational stipend available
• Practice model options available include: (1) solo opportunity with hospital income guarantee; (2) employment with practicing surgeons; (3) employment with hospital
• Opportunity to build a new program with support from the hospital and growing medical community
