Southern Virginia Private Practice seeks additional 1-2 General Surgeons due to growth. Hospital is seeing 900+ cases leave the market per year, so the potential is strong! 1:3 call with established local providers- referrals and patients are waiting for you! Additional volume & income through satellite clinic + 25 bed facility with NO general surgery coverage in one of the secondary markets. Local hospital is assisting, group is offering $300,000 base plus strong productivity incentives. Full benefits, CME, sign on and relocation. Currently there are 3 surgeons in the area but one is moving back to her hometown making the need even stronger. It's a great low cost of living family community (30% below natl average cost of living!!!) in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Easy 1 hour drive to both Roanoke, VA or Winston-Salem, NC. Immediate area has beautiful lakes for recreation or building your lakefront dream home!
