Orthopedic Surgeon - (Ortho Surg) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 40 Hours/Week

Hospital in Northern New Mexico is searching for an orthopedic surgeon to provide coverage full-time in their clinic and for procedures. This locum tenens physician must be able to perform total joint procedures. the community that is served is very active and the typical case load is 4 cases per week. Average of 8-10 patients per day in the clinic.

An orthopedic surgeon (locum tenens) treats muscle and skeletal problems such as those that accompany diseases like arthritis or with injury or trauma. Orthopedic surgeons who specialize in foot and ankle procedures have completed fellowships of focused training in these physiological areas. When a patient requires a complex surgery in the foot or ankle, general orthopedic physicians will refer them to foot/ankle specialists.

Familiar with McKesson's HMS electronic medical records
