Full time GENERAL SURGEON (#JO-1306-1554) Client/hospital in Albany NY area seeks a BE/BC GENERAL SURGEON to assume a busy full time 'bread and butter' surgery schedule with either a general surgery group on their staff or as a solo hospital employed surgeon. Call is shared at 1/3 for either position, and the opening is to replace one surgeon who they lost recently. So they have an IMMEDIATE NEED to fill a busy surgical schedule there. The metro offers a reasonable cost of living and real estate, excellent schools and a wide diversity of jobs for spouses.
