Career Tasks
•Examine, diagnose and treat diseases and injuries as well as manage surgery services
•Prepare and review case histories, obtain data through interviews, examine patients, determine the X-ray examinations and clinical laboratory tests required, interpret test results and evaluate examination findings
•Determine procedures for preoperative and postoperative care, apply surgical procedures and coordinate operations with anesthesiologists and administer and prescribe treatment
