General /Vascular Surgeon needed in beautiful, friendly SE North Carolina! Does not need to be boarded in Vascular.
Our hospital is a 135-bed hospital serving Eastern North Carolina. The Hospital offers a full range of acute care, diagnostic and outpatient services at a level that you would only expect at a larger facility. Hospital serves the entire county, and is the second largest employer in the county after the school system. Higher education also plays a significant role in the economy and culture. There is a community college as well as several research institutes, operated by the UNC Chapel Hill, North Carolina State, and Duke University. Our city enjoys a semi-tropical type climate where the summer heat is tempered by a prevailing southeast ocean wind and the winter season is warmed by the Gulf Stream.
