Looking for a technically competent vascular surgeon with the willingness to travel between a few locations in the DFW metroplex based on the type of cases being scheduled. The well-respected group consists of 6 neurosurgeons and several PAs. Candidate must be flexible when it comes to establishing a practice outside of exposures. Call will be dependent on hospital bylaws; there should be little to no call for the neurosurgery patients. Group averages 6-8 cases requiring exposure per week, but in busy times will reach around 15 per week.
Enjoy a stable base while you ramp up through a relocation guarantee. After the guarantee is complete, the group will allow for either a productivity or salary model for compensation based on your agreement.
