OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
• Employment or Income Guarantee – physician’s choice;
o Salary – up to $450K for experienced physician (negotiable), Production bonus based on wRVU\'s;
o Competitive benefits including sign-on or stipend, relocation, CME, vacation, malpractice ins., student loan assistance ($100K), etc.
• Medical Directorship - $225 an hour up to 30 hours per month or 360 per year;
• Cover only one hospital;
• One office location – no plans to satellite and split time among multiple locations;
• Call 1:3 with other CV surgeons with 10 days of unreferred ER call;
• Quick ramp up; no competition on staff; very little competition in the PSA;
• Strong referral base – ER, IM, Hospitalists, Cardiologists, HMPN PCP, Wound Care
• Physician’s office (1,283 sq ft) is located in MOB adjacent to dedicated angiography suite and conveniently located to hospital via crosswalk;
o Vascular lab is fully accredited;
o Capability and capacity for full scope of vascular cases;
o Vascular ultrasound equipment available;
• Physician able to do a full range of vascular cases, carotid stents/peripheral work;
o Able to pick up low level venous cases asap – vascular access lab and wound care center;
o Dialysis work optional;
o Endovascular work optional;
• Diagnostic cath lab on site; interventional caths to be performed on site in near future;
• Prior volumes – 316 cases January to October 2012; 48 inpatients/268 outpatients; all venous;
