Tenet Healthcare and Harper-Hutzel Hospital are looking to add a certified Renal Transplant surgeon to its current transplant department. This employed position would have you working with with 1 full time and one part time surgeon. You would be required to handle 10-15 call days a month as well as 2 clinics a week. The average daily patient census is 3-4 per day.

The ideal candidate would start by July 1, 2015. If the Renal Transplant surgeon also had additional training in pancreas transplant and/or vascular access, that would be welcomed, too.

We are looking for someone who is committed to taking care of complex patients and in a center that has a commitment to quality and service. Also would like someone outgoing and who can provide education to staff and the community about renal disease and transplant surgery. This is a great opportunity as our transplant team is very committed to the program and the patients we serve. We have a great track record of service in the community.

Please submit CV for consideration.
