- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible Surgical Oncology with leadership skills
- Ideal candidate will focus on the existing program development and take it to the next level
- Increase clinical trials AND conducting more research
- The mix of work is to be determined by the physician, but will likely be 50/50 mix of clinical and administrative work
- Compensation model will be competitive
- If the surgeon wants to do more clinical, that is acceptable, but it will have to be no more than 60/40
