Cool University Town! Neurosurgeon Opportunity in Bowling Green!
As the incoming general neurological surgeon with spine and cranial experience, you'll join an established, successful group. This is the premier orthopaedic and neurosurgical practice in the region, having been in practice for over 30+ years. They currently consist of 9 orthopaedic physicians and 1 neurosurgeon and are seeking to expand coverage.
You'll average 6 new patient office visits daily with an overall 120 patients a week including surgeries. Cases performed annually include about 60% spinal with cranial & other comprising the other 40%. Practice highlights include: 5,000 active patient charts; Supportive primary care base including 60 FM and 50 Internists from surrounding counties; Call coverage arrangements of 1:2; Diagnostic & other services including: MRI, Bone Density, Sports Medicine, Physical and Occupational Therapy, all in an outstanding, state-of-the-art clinic setting; Efficiently managed practice, with EMR; Medical-Surgical specialty hospital of 211 beds/16-bed ICU/CCU; Hospitalist Program in place; etc.
Practice is offering excellent compensation package with salary plus productivity bonus first and second year and partnership opportunity in year three.
