This premier orthopaedic and neurosurgical practice in S. Central Kentucky is recognized by the JCAHO for many achievements and accreditations. Group includes nine Orthopaedic physicians and one Neurosurgeon and is seeking to add an additional Neurosurgeon to expand coverage.
• Join Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Group in practice 31+ years
• Seeking BE or BC physician (on track for boards within 5 years of completing training)
• Average of 6 new patient office visits daily; overall 120 patients a week including surgeries
• Total NS cases 1,342 last year: Spinal 756; Brain 39; combination of 70% spinal to 30% cranial
• Active patient charts: 5,000
• Supportive primary care base including 60 FM and 50 Internists from surrounding counties
• Call coverage arrangements: 1:2 – one other Neurosurgeon in group
• Diagnostic & services include MRI, Bone Density, Sports Medicine, Physical and Occupational Therapy, all in outstanding, state-of-the-art clinic setting
• Efficiently managed practice, with EMR
• Medical-Surgical specialty hospital of 211 beds/16-bed ICU/CCU
• Hospitalist Program in place at HCA’s TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital [Register to View] /> • Partnership opportunity Y3
