Community Med Surg Hospital 45 minutes via Interstate from Dallas seeks General Surgeon for employed position. Join 2 others making call 1/3. Generous base salary with bonus and benefits. Volume 300-400 cases a year with plenty of room for growth. Hospital has around 200 beds and a 5 OR suite surgi-center with 20 pre-op/post-op beds. Hospital also has it's own Cancer Center.
Stable employers ranging from high tech Defense contractors to a thriving saddle making industry. Tourism on the increase with preserved historical buildings, and theatre which attracts the Dallas Symphony Orchestra three times a year plus once for a children's concert. Numerous festivals and activities, plus great easy access to Dallas! Of course, Texas has no income tax!
