Northern California Multi-Specialty Group Surgical practice is seeking 2 Trauma Surgeons to join the group

  • Level I or II Trauma Center training/experience required
  • Medical Center is an ACS verified level II Trauma Center
  • Fellowship training in Trauma/Critical Care, Colorectal surgery, or Surgical Oncology strongly preferred
  • Largest Trauma/General Surgery group in Central Valley
  • Must take Trauma/General Surgery call - 1 in 7
  • Trauma call compensated at $500 per day
  • Large multi-specialty group consisting of 28 physicians: 6 General/Trauma Surgeons, 4 Urologists, 3 Cardiovascular Surgeons, 4 Gastroenterologists, 2 ENTs, 4 Internists, 2 FPs, 1 Ortho Surgeon, 1 Rheumatologist, 1 Endocrinologist
  • Medical Foundation model allows physicians to enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the security of being employed
  • Medical Foundation manages all administrative duties for physicians including marketing, staffing, billing/collecting, etc.
  • Offices located adjacent to a 465-bed multi-specialty Level II Trauma Center
  • Compensation package includes salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines), relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage
  • Income is based on productivity (wRVU model) after guarantee period
  • Extremely flexible model - physicians determine their own work load and schedule; income is commensurate to production
