Ohio based community hospital is seeking a General surgeon
To do primarily Bread & Butter GS cases as well as scopes
This is an employed position
To join another General surgeon in active practice
Call is 1:2
They do have a Hospitalist program in place to assist with call coverage
Work out of a newly remodeled 88 bed hospital; there is also a 25 bed Community Access Hospital nearby
MGMA median salary for the first 2 years
Year 3 forward go on RVU productivity
Great bonus potential
Community of 10K serving an area population of 60K
Located 1 hour from Toledo
Excellent Primary Care Physician referral base
