Oregon based hospital is seeking a General surgeon
- This is to replace a surgeon that is leaving the country to join a Medical mission
- Work out of a rural multi-specialty clinic
- To do Bread & Butter General surgery cases
- 3 year guarantee income plus 3 tier incentive
- Base guarantee $290K
- Medical, dental, vision, vacation, CME/dues, sick leave, disability, malpractice, and life insurance
- Medical Community is made up of 5 primary care, 1 IM, 4 FP?s.
- Specialists include 1 GS and 1 Ortho.
- Anesthesia provided by an excellent CRNA.
- Hospital is a non-profit 25 bed critical access hospital that has been at its current location for 43 years.
