Illinois based Community Hospital has an opportunity for a General Surgeon to join their team.
- They are a critical access hospital with an attached rural health clinic (Family Medical Center).
- The physician?s office will be located in the clinic, which was built in 2007.
- Additional employed providers include 4 Family Practice Physicians, 1 Internal Medicine Physician, 3 Family Practice Nurse Practitioners, 1 Podiatrist, 1 General Surgeon, 1 Orthopedic Surgeon, 1 Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner.
- Additionally, 21 visiting specialists see patients in the clinic each month.
- The hospital has an optional hospitalist service.
- Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with a half day off.
- Call is 1 in 2, and anesthesia is available 24/7.
- Hospital is willing to generously compensate the right physician with compensation ranging from $300,000 to $400,000.
